    What is the minimum discounts on medicines?
    BrownPacket doesn't offer any minimum discounts. It could be possible that our partner stores don't give you any discounts for 2 hours delivery.Our Partner pharmacy stores manage discounts.     Why my order got rejected?
    Most of the order gets rejected due to invalid prescription or if there is no service in the mentioned address.Please ensure that you have uploaded a prescription which has doctor's name, date, patient name and doctor's signature. We only serve in Bangalore, Patna and Delhi.
    How do we know that delivered medicines are authentic?
    We have tie ups only with registered pharmacy stores around your locality, with zero tolerance towards noncompliance and pure quality standards. We have our stringent parameters along with the regulatory compliance well in place for seller selection assuring that the medicines are sourced from reputed and trusted sources, stored in optimum condition and are delivered to you in the safest fashion, ensuring product safety and confidentiality during the entire supply chain.
    Can I order Non-Prescription Medicines?
    Yes. You can order any OTC medicines by searching or by scanning the name of the medicines.

    Can I return a part of my order?
    Yes, you can return a part of an order if the items are damaged or are different from what had you ordered. However, in no case shall the invoice be split such that some items are delivered and not others. Please call support- 9620567711 for such kind of return
    What is the minimum Order amount to place order?
    There is no minimum amount to place the order however we encourage to order for atleast 200Rs for free delivery

    there is no delivery fee for all orders beyond 200Rs of total amount. The pharmacy store can charge a small delivery amount of 30rs for all orders.The delivery cost will be shared along with the final details of the order amount.
    What is the current mode of payment?
    Right now, You can pay through online, cash and payTM. We will share the online payment link after order gets confirmed from the store.
    How long does it take for the delivery?
    In case, If medicine is available with our partner pharmacy store then we deliver within 2 hours otherwise it may take upto 48 hours. In delhi, we don't have 2 hours of delivery service.

    If I request for a return, when will the delivery person will come?
    In case of any return of the medicines, we will inform you regarding the arrival of the pick up person well before the time. Usually, We inform you via an email and an SMS.
    Can I return part of my order?
    You can return part of the order unless it is not used. In case, you have used any medicines from a strip then that can't be returned.
    How do I return my order?
    You can call to the support team between 9am and 7pm to request your return. The order return is only possible if it meets our criteria.
    How do I cancel my order?
